


It includes companies trading on major exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange, Nasdaq, Euronext, American Stock Exchange and Tokyo Stock Exchange. The index is made up of large and well-known companies with at least some of their operations outside of their domestic markets. The Dow Jones Global Titans 50 Index was created to reflect the globalization of international blue chip securities in the wake of mergers and the creation of mega-corporations.
