

Open the NMM settings and click on the "Skyrim" tab. The problem is that your fresh installation of NMM isn't looking in that same location, so you'll probably have to redirect NMM to where the mod archives are stored.

They still exist in whatever location you originally told NMM to put them in. When you uninstall NMM, it does not delete the mod archives.
